Vivid Motivation is a 5-week, live coaching program that equips business owners, managers, and staff with a motivational toolkit designed to transform how you navigate your professional and personal life.
Divided into three unique curriculum tracks, SmileMakers (Employee Motivation), Bright Leaders (Leadership Empowerment), and Community Builders (Sales and Customer Service), clients may register for the track that best fits their needs.
Each track is held twice a year and goes deep and focuses on the transformational tools that create happiness and impact in their area of interest.
Clients participate in live coaching once a week over a five-week period. Organizations interested in a more hands-on approach may inquire about our Onsite Training program.
We understand life happens, so we created Vivid Motivation+, allowing clients who missed that day's live coaching to get access to the recording in their inbox.
The only difference between our group coaching levels is that Vivid Motivation+ members participate in our live coaching and get access to our recorded sessions.
Vivid Motivation's Onsite Training program is held at your facility and combines actionable exercises and in-the-moment coaching designed to reignite the fire within your organization. We customize our curriculum to address your organization's specific goals and equip your team with the skills needed to reignite their passion, motivation, and cohesion.

Of course! Organizations can register as a team for our private group coaching suite.
While we teach from the same curriculum, it is adjusted to address your organization's specific needs. This approach allows your team to focus on learning the skills that are most relevant to your organization.
Our coaching programs are centered around helping professionals become stronger and more confident in their careers and teaching organizations how to deliver an authentic and joyful customer experience.

No, Vivid Motivation is a single membership program. Members may not have other individuals sit in if they are unable to attend a coaching session.
Yes! All course members receive a certificate of completion at the end of the coaching program.

Please note that eligibility for a refund has a firm 14-day deadline and also applies to payment plans. This means you will be responsible for all payments after the two-week refund deadline has passed.
